ABOUT OUR COMPANY
MindFLEX Education LLC, develops Career Technical Education (CTE) curriculum for secondary and post-secondary education. The company's founder, Antonia Ramirez-Painter, is an accomplished CTE educator. She has spent years in the classroom teaching in the Public Service pathway and was concerned by the lack of career-ready curriculum. Her assertion was that there was very little available to prepare students desiring careers within criminal justice immediately upon graduating high-school.
Calling upon her experience in law enforcement and emergency dispatching, Ms. Ramirez-Painter was reminded by a colleague of the tremendous employment opportunities available in emergency dispatching. It was obvious to her that a formal curriculum would be a valuable resource to both secondary and adult education students.
To achieve her goal of creating a CTE Emergency Dispatching curriculum she assembled a development team of passionate professionals with extensive experience in both education, curriculum development and emergency communications. Each person in the team shared the same dedication and enthusiasm for the project. Furthermore, occupational training partners were invited into the development process, adding a significant layer of legitimacy within the law enforcement and fire protection industries.
The result of the collaboration is a CTE Emergency Dispatcher suite of courses, that, we strongly believe, will benefit CTE students with aspirations of entering a career that offers the opportunity to achieve professional, personal and financial success.

Organization
MindFLEX Education founder and Chief Executive Officer, Antonia Ramirez-Painter, is an accomplished Career Technical Education (CTE) educator. Ms. Ramirez-Painter has been an instructor for over a decade. She teaches at the secondary level and is credentialed in the fields of emergency communications, criminal justice and forensic science. Prior to entering the classroom, Ms. Ramirez-Painter, spent 15 years as a proud member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
As a member of the organization's core executive group, Nancy Stillwell, Vice President of Product & Content Development, is charged with maintaining curricula content standards. Ms. Stillwell has been an educator for 27 years.
Rounding out our executive team is Mr. Steve Painter, Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Painter brings over three decades of marketing, sales and content delivery experience to MindFLEX Education.

As the demand for innovative CTE solutions expand, MindFLEX Education will continue to pursue career-pathway content that is both diverse in subject and expansive in scope.
We will continually push to augment curricula with content that offers critical occupational technical training and intelligent interpersonal skill development.
