INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION
Curriculum instructor receives certification through NECI.
In an effort to provide the highest level of customer service, our support team has created a comprehensive network of support services to assist educators using our CTE curriculum products.

Instructor Certification
Prior to teaching a MindFLEX Education CTE Emergency Dispatcher certification course the instructor is required to have an Instructor Certification. MindFLEX has partnered with National Emergency Communication Institute (NECI) to facilitate the instructor certification process. NECI's Instructor courses are recognized nationally and have no re-certification requirements once the instructor is certified in a Instructor training course. Furthermore, instructor certification training can be done at your facility.

Educator Help Line
We created the Educator Help Line so that educators have, at their disposal, a tool that provides instant access to a wealth of knowledge as they proceed through the school year instructing CTE Emergency Dispatcher curriculum. Our curriculum products contain many unique activities and implementing these features are not always a 'one-size-fits-all' proposition. We want educators teaching our curriculum to be successful. This is our way of being there when you need us.
